Shipping policy

  1. We offer shipping to most locations worldwide. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
  2. After the order has been paid, Amor Kreations needs 3-5 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
  3. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  4. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Amor Kreation immediately.
  5. If you would like to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed once the package has been shipped.
  6. We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged by the destination country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any additional charges that may apply.
  7. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the reshipment fee.
  8. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we cannot fulfill for any reason. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full.
  9. Shipping time starts once the order is confirmed.
